Spring 2022 Updates

Much has changed over the past two years, but the need to focus on health & safety as we’re confronted with this pandemic has remained. For that reason, we want to update you on our most recent COVID-19 protocols here at Sleep Dallas. We ask all patients to please follow these guidelines when visiting either of our locations (Irving or Frisco). 

We are continuing to see patients during this time and adhering closely to local health agency guidance in addition to the guidance provided by the CDC. In accordance with this guidance, we require all visitors to our offices to wear a mask in public spaces regardless of vaccination status. Please note that our lobby and hallways are included in this. Whenever possible, please distance yourself from others during your visit. We are fortunate to have spacious exam rooms at both our locations and have found this to be no issue.

Additionally, if you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19, no matter how minor, please reschedule. Symptoms include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, body aches, congestion, runny nose, sore or scratchy throat, fatigue, and uncharacteristic headaches. We also ask that if you have come into contact with an infected person to please reschedule. Our team is on standby, ready to reschedule you without hesitation to a date that is not only convenient for you but still ensures you are receiving care in a timely manner.

Spring 2020 Updates

At Sleep Dallas, the health and well-being of our patients and team members have always been of utmost importance. We understand the concerns and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our community as the situation evolves and more information is provided.

 We want to inform all of our patients that we are continuing to see patients at this time and reassure you that we are taking all the necessary precautions recommended by the CDC and local health agencies in the area. In a small, controlled environment such as our offices, it is easy to quickly and swiftly implement new emerging protocols as those recommendations become available. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves. We will keep you updated on any changes and continue to provide a safe, healthy, and relaxing environment.

We do request that any patients with symptoms associated with COVID 19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.) or who have been in close contact recently with anyone with these symptoms to please notify us so that we can reschedule your appointment. For those patients who fall into a higher risk category (elderly or pre-existing conditions) for severe responses to COVID-19 who would like to reschedule their appointment, we please ask that you notify our office as soon as you have made this decision. Our goal is to provide the top-level customer service and care you have come to expect from us and we want to guarantee we have the appropriate staffing to do so. We will also be practicing social distancing (such as not shaking hands) as a means of decreasing the possible transmission of COVID-19.
